Here are some steps to check:
Cycle the ice maker, and catch the fill water in a glass. Measure the amount of water. Are there at least 140 cc of water in the glass?
Check for improper airflow in the freezer compartment. Direct the airflow away from the ice maker thermostat. Check the ice maker thermostat.
Check the temperature in the freezer compartment. Adjust if needed to lower the freezer temperature.
