The other day we woke up to our refrigerator not working. I called them in the morning and they had someone out to my house within 30 mins! He was nice and professional and fixed it in less than an hour! The charge was very reasonable as well! I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely call them back in the future if we need repairs!

My Samsung dryer wouldn't dry at all. After some finger diagnostics on my phone, I found out it was most likely the heating element. Either do it myself and risk messing it up, or hire a professional to do it. The technician arrived quick, within 30 minutes or less, it was amazing how fast he got here. He was wearing a Chinese virus masks, so that was good. He was very professional got the job done quick and right and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend them!!

I was very happy with the quick response I got from Beck. I had an issue with my freezer, and he was willing to come by and check it out on his way home from work. Great business...family owned. They came to my house on short notice and fixed my clothes washer. Showed me a bit about maintenance and did it in the most efficient way. I called the appliance repair company in desperation after my usual company couldn't help me until next week and another appliance company failed to keep their word about calling me to set an appointment. This company was the first ad on Google so I called them. They advertise that they had same day service oh, and they certainly did. I called around 10 a.m. a nice young man called me at 11:40 and arrived before noon. He took a look at the refrigerator, remove the motherboard brought another motherboard in and voila! The refrigerator started right up. He also vacuumed out the copious dog hair from the coils. it was a bit pricey but worth every penny as far as I'm concerned. Fridge is cooling off now. I will be calling them in the future because of the great service I got

I called they came out Saturday , I rent but the fridge ice maker had been acting up for a few months and the kid that takes care of stuff this was beyond him fixing and to no avail never told his mom ( my landlord) real estate person . So anyway I took it upon myself to fix I will deal with them later . They fixed my ice maker so I no longer have wet ice and a huge clump in the bin that I have to chop at every other day . How annoying . He called Sun to see if I was getting ice . Yes nice dry beautiful so far . Also they accidentally over charge me $30 and that was going back in my acct and sent me a copy via text . Most companies would have kept the money . How honest . I researched them on here being new to Tucson I check all business . This was right in the mark . Great job ...

The services rendered in my home were very prompt and efficient. First of all, I live in an area 99.9% of pizza shops don't even deliver to, let alone appliance repair mechanics. I was very appreciative that Beck agreed to come out and look at my stove! On the other hand I was extremely surprised how quickly he got to my home! He spotted the issue right away and had all the equipment handy for the fix right there and then! He cracked a few jokes in the process to relieve my stress!
