Some of the most common issues when dryer will not rotate are:
Broken or worn drive belt.
Stuck or broken idler pulley.
Drum support bearings. They need to rotate freely.
Dryer overloaded with clothing.
Some foreign objects that might be lodged between the drum and the bulkheads.
For electronic control models, an error code could always be useful to tell the related issue. (simply google the code).
